TL;DR: Stop Using the iOS Patreon App (Patreon)

So Apple, one of the wealthiest companies to ever exist in human history, has decided that it just wasn't making enough money. So, starting in November, all new Patreon memberships purchased through the iOS Patreon app will have a 30% fee attached. Here's a whole article explaining it, and an FAQ page.

What should you do about this? Easy. Stop using the iOS Patreon app to buy memberships. Use Android, use desktop, use mobile web. Don't give your money to these greedy digital landlords just because they woke up today and decided they want it.
