Another excellent week for writing, and I'm hoping to squeeze out a couple hundred more before the end of the day. I really don't think I'll be able to sustain this momentum but while it lasts, it feels great making progress. This is one of my worries: once my output returns to normal, it's going to feel glacially slow compared to the current rate of writing. But that's a 'then problem; for now, I'm enjoying the process.

This week, we hit 100 members (actually 101 at the time of writing). We're still a small Patreon, but it still feels like a wonderful achievement so... thank you, everyone, for your support. I hope to have something celebratory to share this week, based on the results of the current poll.

This week also brings us close to the end of chapter 3. It's grown well beyond my initial expectations, but wrapping up Julia's story and all the things she wants to do David is taking time and space. Learning to be a bit more restrained in writing is definitely on my to-do list. Hopefully, though, people will enjoy these scenes playing with a number of TG tropes.

Finally, I also started to write a short story on the side, not included in this week's word count. I'm hoping to wrap that one up within the week.
