umm billy looks extremely cut/circumsized to me. even when cris draws him hard the scar line and difference in color is always indicated.

When he's flaccid it appears to look uncut. When a man with no foreskin is flaccid he still has that distinct color difference from the scar. It doesn't disappear. Trust me. I totally see what you are saying! I had immediately thought of the foreskin not being visible in this piece. I always assumed that his scar and darker skin were located directly next to the glans/head of his penis and therefore as he got hard it would spread away and the darker area would become visible. I never thought you were being harsh, and I always love hearing a gay mans opinion especially on different types of penis!
