"The button" (Patreon)

Gakuen AU. I was inspired by a comment from an old fanart I posted on twitter.
Someone wrote something about giving away a button, and I asked them: What's this about a button?
So they told me this:  
"In Japan, during graduation, students have the tradition called "Second Golden Button";  they give the second button of their uniform to the person they like because it is the closest to the heart.
It is also common for the person who likes this boy to ask for the button himself (usually girls).  So I imagined Billy and Teddy doing this.  It would be so beautiful."
