It's foggy because I want it to look a bit like Resident Evil games and we will get to see nude Rose in chapter 2.

Is it possible to know what kind of Photoshop filter (I assume) you use in order to have this nice effect?

Thanks, but the fog is done in Daz Studio when I render the image. It's just an area shader that uses subsurface scattering and a low opacity to simulate volumetric light. The only photoshop filter would be for adding in some extra noise. Doing the noise in photoshop lets me control it fully.
