New Pay Up Front (Patreon)

FYI guys, next week after the billing cycle completes I will turn on pay-up-front.  It won't make any difference for regular patrons, but if you were to increase your pledge Patreon will try to bill you the extra pledge amount on the same day (from what I'm told).  Also if you quit and then come back it would try to bill you same day.
