[CoV] Queen Liliannah WIP #2 (Patreon)

The Queen was started last week, but had a lot of work to go before she would be our main protagonist hottie.  This week she's been improved a lot and I'm feeling much better about her.  She is more feminine and softer, but not bulky or stocky.  There's a comparison image to show the main body difference.

I made some minor changes to her face as well.  Overall she's probably 75% done.  I'll make more changes in the future, but probably nothing too major and then do some test poses to make sure she looks good for what we need her to do, and then make final changes based on those tests.
