Charge Monthly (Patreon)

Quite a few people still don't like the pay per-post method and now with the recent change in Patreon payment charging patrons the service fee I think moving to a monthly charge instead of per-post is the best choice.

So I plan to flip the switch in January, next month.  I'm not sure what that will mean.  I may lose every patron and hopefully you will all come back :)  The new system will be similar, but even better for less money.  $5/$10/$20 per month.
