FREE Commissions Update (Patreon)

One goal of this patreon is to provide commissions for all of my patrons. I think the most fair way to do it is first-come-first-served based on patron signup date.  These would be FREE of charge and depending how much time a commission takes I'll do more per month and only the first will count as a paid post.  If a patron doesn't want a commission then I will go to the next patron on the list.  Changing your reward tier does not change your signup date.  Leaving and then rejoining does automatically change your signup date.
