Major updates were done to:

   KW Rocketry Redux, all standard patches were merged

   Janitors Closet, Toolbar control is now in place.  Many thanks to @Jebs_Sy for proving indispensible help in debugging the toolbar code.  While not listed here, the Janitor's Closet will be getting a release in the evening, with all known bugs fixed
