Rotations instead of Raffles (Patreon)

So I think I may have found a way to get around the "No Raffle" thing in Patreon.

So instead of having to pic randomly on who can get a free commission, I will do it by rotation. So 1 patron each month in the highest tier will get the reward and he can't be picked again until the rotation resets. I'm thinking of giving an animated reward for the second turn.

eg. Patron #1 - January reward, Patron #2 - February reward...

I might have to limit it to 12 patrons in that tier though. 1 for each month XD

what do you guys think? Let me know if you have any suggestions
