It's Been Busy (Patreon)

First off, I just wanted to take a moment out of my day to thank everyone for their patronage. It means a lot! I feel like so much has already been accomplished this year making the podcast sound better, three upcoming shows (PAX East, C2E2, and Midwest Gaming Classic), and that we've had two outstanding guests on far (SuperDuperDani and GandaKris). 

This is just a general update on things you might have missed or if you are new to Patreon or maybe you don't watch Slack.

There are now Wap Zip! Shirts and Hoodies that you can order for the next 6 days. They probably won't be available again until the Fall, since I really only like to do shirt runs once a season. 

ISE now has a subreddit! r/supereffective  - PKMNcast flair is there for you to use. If you are a Patreon backer (Standard/Gold/Crystal), please contact me on Slack, reddit, or here so I can assign you that exclusive flair. Also, feel free to post new ISE episodes, videos, or anything else ISE related. It's open for listeners to post and comment! 

PAX East is coming up fast! On March 10th, we'll (Travis, Will, SBJ) be presenting in the Bobcat Theatre. The show will NOT be streamed, but I will be recording it for that week's episode. If you are not attending the show, but you are in the Boston area, we are planning a meet-up/dinner outside of PAX. This is being planned in Slack. 

I am still planning on doing a Kickstarter this Spring. There are a couple reasons for this... but for listeners, rewards are probably what you want to know about? Right now, I have planned a mini-soundtrack of Pokémon-inpsired songs (think of our intro/outro but full length), some really cool pieces of custom wall art (canvas & poster), stickers/buttons, and an exclusive shirt(s). 

We have an active Slack community too. If you don't have access, please let me know! There are Slack desktop apps, mobile apps, and you can access Slack from a web browser. While #general may seem intimidating, there are 70+ other channels to hang out in, including invite-only access to #GOLD and #Crystal (based on your Patreon pledge).
