Its Kitchen Month!! (Patreon)

Hey everyone! 

I hope you have been having lots of fun, living your sims best resort lives this month. But of course all vacations must come to an end, so I have been working on items for your sims to return home to. I would like to introduce you to the Octave Collection. Originally I only planned for this to be a one month kitchen set, but it links so well with an other set I had planned for later in the year, that I decided to merge them together to make one larger collection of items. 

The set will be heavily inspired by French designers Joseph Dirand, Gilles & Boissiers and Liaigre. If you google them you are in for a visual treat! Expect modern clean lines with a strong emphasis on material and construction quality. Its an area that I only now feel comfortable tackling after recently switching over to a new way of modelling and texturing.

This first month will focus on the kitchen. Its heavily inspired by Joseph Dirand's famous  patinated bronze kitchen, but I have tried out wooden swatches and they look amazing too. I have only 10 full days left to add in all the items I would love to do, but I can say to expect some gorgeous new built in ovens. They are still a wip right now, but I know you are all going to be putting double ovens/ microwave combos into every kitchen from next month onwards! 😂 As soon as DHD launched and I saw that counter top oven, I knew it was meant to be! I'll need to do some more testing, but it looks like they should be base game compatible too!
