HALP ME!!!!!!! (Patreon)

So, its time to come clean...this month I decided I was going to step outside of the box and create a cas item for next month...36 skin tones based on Pat Mcgrath Labs foundations to be exact. These skin tones were to be in celebration of Black History month here in the UK. I wanted to create something linked to a great Black British icon (Pat McGrath MBE) & that would give back to a great charity (Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust) that tackles inequality in all of its forms. This includes inequality of access, and of opportunity, wherever it occurs.

However after the announcement by The Sims today (read it here),  I feel like my efforts may be wasted for the second time in 3 months! The University windows and doors were created as August's reward and shortly after release, were rendered useless by a patch (I will be sending out a DM to all patrons effected by this later today) and I'm concerned that I would be putting my time into these skins tones that will no longer be required as the team in fixing the existing ashy ones and before the end of the year adding in even more tones along with a slider for even more customisabilty. Which is a great thing to happen for all in the community! Its also of a very high probability that either the planned patch on the 6th of October or the later one to add in even more skin tones & that new slider system will rend these skins tones obsolete. I would like to also let you know that no matter the outcome of the poll below, if the EA skintones are awful, I will complete the project at a later date. Bad skintones will be a thing of the past, whether they are from EA or from myself :)

So I want to throw this conundrum out to you guys. Help me decide in which direction to go! Should I continue and finish the skins as planned or should we hold our first build month instead?

The build month would consist of a whole month filled with Patreon exclusive builds in all shapes & sizes. Its something I have been churning around for a while, because I would still love to be able to create builds, but can't seem to find the time while focusing solely on CC. During build month there would be polls for you to choose the direction of the builds that I create and you will get exclusive use of them during the month. So this could mean, I finally build your dream home! I still do want to give back next month in honor of UK Black History month, so no matter the direction you choose, I will still be pledging 10% of next months pledges to The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Fund.
