First of all, very sorry for the delays on things lately. I was in bed for most of the past 2 weeks due to a respiratory virus, thought I was feeling better and then it just got worse for awhile. 

This is the finished second part of the Dorothy commission, there's just one more part to go now. I'll take a few more shortcuts on the background next time so I can focus more on the moving parts instead. Soon!
(I also made her cake a bit plumper. First part will look juicier in the final render)
