I think there is an old plugin that allows for this, but I can't remember it and don't seem to have it either

Have you thought about animated the actual penetration in your scenes? Could be a way to take your scenes to the next level. Just a suggestion!

Yeah basically, I'd recommend checking out BT1's scenes https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/66376499). He does that kind of stuff really well to make the animation look really natural. I think it could be a great way to make your anims even better!
