Commission slots and rules modification (Patreon)

New slots open on Friday 3rd @midnight CET

Commissions prices have been buffed up a bit. Discounts now apply only on the first commission you get in a batch (applies on the priciest piece in case of multiple drawings). Reserved slots will still be present.
