Requested by Yuhi. She asked for a tradeoff: less frames for a more complex motion. I believe it worked pretty well, even though the smoothness is 1/4 of a typical colored animation. Still, I guess you can request this kind of animation now at the cost of less frames drawn (5, down from about 20). What do you think?

Interesting way to animate things, though you gotta move that pamp one way or another or it ain't an animation (or facial expression but the pamp movement is for me lol)

Tene

I like the idea, a short loop animation instead of a slightly longer sequence

Me too, however for being eligible as a sketch reward it needs to be super simple. Having the full character moving, for example, requires a commission. Having a few frames of a butt rub is doable, or maybe the waistband being pulled for a surprise check.

So nice ! I love it so much xD

mmm Nice squish

This looks great in spite of the lower framerate, does not even slighty bother me

sketchman

thank you :) it has been optimized a lot though, so the movement is minimal. If the hand would cover a greater distance it'd be very noticeable.

Anonymous

True, though it would depend in part on the speed of movement. Though probably the best advice would be to study Studio Trigger's animation from Kill La Kill or Space Patrol Luluco, you can convey a lot very appealingly with very little

sketchman

That's because Imaishi is a genius and he is the main reason I have attempted animations in the first place :) (director of KLK, Promare, TTGL, PSG...)

i like it.

Makes sense, I've thought about attempting some 2D animation because of his work as well, but im more aquainted with 3D animation atm. Also sorry if you've mentioned it before at all, I'm not usually chatty in the comments or anything

Sparkles73

I think it looks great.
