Alright, I have a few things to point out first. DAMP! is the final iteration of something I've started way back in 2010 or 2011: Diaper Warriors. Lame name for a lame comic where a bunch of girls receive magical powers and use their diapers as a weapon. I never really liked it but I was digging the use of magical diapers as combat accessories. Years later I came up with a story called "Omutsu 100%".

I had some sort of outline for it and it goes as follows: a girl accidentally finds a super secret laboratory weapon, a high tech diaper that converts human wastes into energy to empower the wearer. I was truly into this but there was something off, I couldn't come up with a good plot but the main heroine was based off Ryuko, actually the whole thing was kind of KLK inspired.

Then I moved on producing PADnPAD and when I was writing the script for the final Satsuki fight, where the fiber diaper is used as a giant mallet of some sort, that's when I had the whole DAMP! story flash right before my eyes. Inspiration struck and I was like "WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THIS EARLIER?!"

A lot of people say that DAMP! looks a lot like Keijo. That's fair, I've included the pool and the butt clashing, but DAMP! is mostly KLK inspired. The story is currently being published so I don't want to spoil anything for now. I have 31 chapters planned for it and it should take about 6 years or so to complete it.

And in case you were wondering,  I have plenty more projects to go after DAMP!

It's good to see you've planned ahead. I mostly start with a dream write down, then do about 5 more times until it finally makes sense. It's like my old script writing professor used say. "You're not writing a script, you're rewriting it, over and over again." I admire you Sketch for being persistent.

Think the final outcome for Damp worked out. Making diapers a weapon sounds kinda ridiculous but making it into a niche sport is actually realistic with how theirs so many variations a sport today.
