Chapter 3 exists, but there are only two pages done and they were completed in July, a month ago. Then the heatwave came and made everything much harder. I can barely finish my normal working routine and I still need to take vitamins and minerals to make it through the first half of the day. Even with AC on at maximum power with a big powerful fan pointed at me, it's still too hot to do any regular work normally, let alone extra pages (I live in a terribly insulated house, sometimes it's much hotter inside than outside).

I'm glad I got a lot of questions and concerns about Chestnut's whereabouts, but rest assured I didn't scrap or forget about the project. I'm simply physically unable to make any progress. I think Season Changes might be back in September, if the weather cools off a bit. Meanwhile, here's a snapshot from the new chapter, which I also find very relatable right now.

Put on wet clothes before sitting in front of the fan. The evaporative cooling will automatically lower your body temperature.

I know about that trick but it doesn't help much with the general heat, which also prevents me to get any decent sleep so I always wake up tired and need to sleep during the day as well.

I say use the heat wave as a source of inspitation. Supposedly nothing is worse than being sweaty in a diaper. Then, some might enjoy it and just throw cold water in there to equalize or something.

No worries sketchman. The heat ain't no joke drink water and get some electrolytes in ya.

Hype!!!!!!! Stay safe though, the heat is rough for sure

Nothing wrong with having the comic wait a little while. You being safe as well as comfortable enough to work is much more important.
