Hey hey Patrons!

WELP! We think our theories about dear sweet Selim Bradley and how his or his mother's death will galvanize the possible turn of King might have been juuuuuust a touch off! lol

We're back with another FMA:B reaction and this one changes everything!

Col. Mustang is passing info with a flower lady and the show leans into it's spycraft element which we always like!

Capt Buccaneer runs into a SHIT LOAD of DEAD HORSES and then the most terrifying Hunkasaurus is revealed!

A SMALL CHILD named PRIDE!

This reveal and subsequent scene with Hawkeye is one of the creepiest, most unsettling, and most exciting moments of the show thus far!

And those creepy lil' tendril hands - NO MUHFUCKIN' THANK YOU!

One of the best reveals in the show! Bradley knows cuz remember when he said that SELIM will never be a weak point in his life to mustang now you know why

Pride is actually so much more of an eldritch horror than his siblings, his powers are insane. I would love to see a horror movie centered around an unassuming child who turns into a sadistic shadow monster at night

Actually Kimblee is being genuine when he speaks highly of the Rockbells. His whole character is about being 100% true with yourself and sticking to your principles. He sees the Rockbells as respectable because they not only didn't retreat, but they helped people who were being seen as "the enemy", injured Isvalans, they kept true to helping anyone in need. And they upheld that duty even though it was going to kill them. Kimblee is a sociopath that takes that belief to its furthest potential which is what that conversation between Ed and Kimblee demonstrates. It's why he doesn't take a "side" with humans vs homunculus. He sees an unstoppable force meeting an immoveable object and as he says he just wants to watch. Of course he IS siding with the homunculus to further their goals, but as he puts it it's because the homunculus allow him to be his truest version of himself. It's a very consistent characterization of him as you'll see throughout the story.
