Super excited to see y'all get into those two new shows!! As I'm sure you've heard, Cowboy Bebop is THE show to watch in dub, even the creator prefers that version! (both versions of JJK are good, though I'm sure most fans prefer the sub, myself included)

Okay, you guys have mentioned it in a few reactions now and I'm generally curious about the problematic subtitles. I've watched this show with subtitles on both Netflix and Hulu and I'm unfamiliar with anything like this. I have seen this with some other anime and thought it was kind of strange but never with FMAB.

There are a few M-words and R-words occasionally. A few "for a female she sure is smart" kinda things everyone once in a while. Every time there's a chance for them to be chill, they def take a more 2009 road.

2023-08-11 03:27:27 Oh shit!!! and please do sub for JJK. I didn’t even think to mention it because it never dawned on me that there was a possibility it wouldn’t be the sub . That’s how much the dub does not exist to me. Lol Dub for Bebop and sub for JJK is the way to go in my humble opinion 👍

That's weird. I watched it on Crunchyroll and the subtitles were just fine. But I watched in Japanese so who knows.

I would definitely prefer if you watched both shows in sub but people love Cowboy Bebop in dub so I'm guessing that decision is made. JJK in jp is a must, though
