Something to remember - in the episode where Gelus the shinigami killed Misa's potential murderer, it's mentioned that Gelus's lifespan was added to Misa's when he died. So Misa's lifespan could be a thousand years or something, we don't really know.

Y'all are most likely done with the series lol but to answer the question of Misa's lifespan after the 2nd eye deal, there's actually a chance that Misa just has an okay-sorta lifespan after the deal. It's a small detail that kinda gets glossed over but when Gelus sacrificed himself to save Misa, Rem mentions that when a shinigami sacrifices themselves to save a human, all the years that the shinigami had to live get transferred over to the human. Rem makes a mention in her story, before it's revealed to be Misa, that "all the years transferred over to the girl and extended her lifespan well beyond natural limits." Considering that shinigami spend all their lives immortal basically just adding as many years as many people they kill, even conservatively, let's say "well beyond natural limits" means that after Gelus died, Misa's new lifespan was to be ~160 years old. That would mean, at 20 years old, she has 140 years left to life. With the 1st eye deal, 140 years gets cut in half, which is 70 years remaining. She would die at a regular age of 90. 2nd eye deal cuts the 70 to 35, which means she lives to 55. Not the worst considering you get to do the deal twice.
