And we never KNEW THAT THERE WAS A FINAL FORM TO ENVY, but this shit clocks and they are the adrogynous GATORBOI or GAL of our fucking nightmares! 

Now, we're sure that Chainsaw Man was inspired in no small part by this material but, you can see how we draw the parallels!

Envyzilla is one of the most off-putting things in this show. Oh, and the show has barely even begun to snap. Buckle up, buttercups.

Morgan, giggling hysterically: "They shot a kid! Point blank right between the fucking eyes!" Never change, guys. A few extra pieces of info/clarification: Ed mentions in an earlier episode that when he repairs Al, he has to thin out the rest of his armor to get the metal, implying he can't just add new material (I think only Ed has ever been shown to repair him). Also, Mei Chang mentioned before that her goal is the same that Ling described back when he was introduced: The Xing Emporer had like a bajillion kids (including Ling and Mei), each belonging to different wives of different clans. With the emperor's health declining, all of the kids/clans are trying to curry favor to be chosen as the ruler's successor, thereby also raising their standing and protecting their clan. Prince Ling and Princess Mei are both trying to win favor by journeying to Amestris to discover immortality (as they're part of different clans though, technically they're rivals after the same goal).
