Hey hey Patrons!

Hope you're all well gang! We're back and we're looking for some guidance!

LOVE LOVE LOVED the conversation we had around the DUB v SUB with Death Note we'll be rolling that out once we finish up Attack on TItan!

Also, as it coincides with us wrapping we'll be doing

DEATH NOTE

CHAINSAW MAN

both firing up in October!

Very very excited to be rocking our first week-to-week contemporary anime and jumping into a genre-defining classic!

But once ChainSaw Man is finished we wanna know what to watch!

So in the COMMENTS throw out your suggestions!

New or Old! We wanna see the conversation that they illicit and then from this post, we'll drop a new poll next week and decide the next show we cover on our $5 TOON TIER!

Should we rock some Cowboy Beebop or My Hero Academia?

Maybe get some fuzzy feels of Steven Universe or Gravity Falls?

Is there any show we're not considering?

LET US KNOW AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING A PART OF THIS WITH US!

xoxo,

The Watchers in the Bar

Cowboy Bebop

Faeginn

I'm a simp for Vinland Saga

Aidan Pullen

Legend of Vox Machina would be so fun! I think it's right up your alley in terms of humor

Amit

Lets goooo chainsaw man. My two non-anime suggestions are Dark on Netflix and Barry on HBO. As for Anime, you got most my suggestions covered with Death Note and Chainsaw Man. The one anime I would add is Vinland Saga, though. Since you've done the big two of Death Note and AOT, Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood is also an easy suggestions. Those 3 are the biggest and most popular ones to get into for non-anime watchers. Also not sure if you do Anime movies, or if you've already seen them but movies like Spirited Away, Your Name, and Perfect Blue are great.

doctywho

Gravity Falls please I beg 🙏

Sakhile Khumalo

Think Smiling Friends would be a good short term one

Ryan Ott

Castlevania!

Dekart Kosa

Demon Slayer! Great story and top tier animation!

Lel

I know its pretty old, but Neon Genesis Evangelion is one of my favourites and a anime that influenced a lot of other animes. One of them being Attack on Titan

CP

Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood dub

Erik

I am begging for someone to do Samurai Champloo lmao

Tank3875

She Ra is really good, but can be a bit childish at times given it's a children's show. Also can get pretty dark

riya Ismail

steven universe !!

Dana

My hero academia, full metal alchemist brotherhood (I actually think the dub is better than the sub for this one) or demon slayer! FMAB is finished but MHA and demon slayer are still running.

Dancing Viru

I def vouch for Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood in dub (esp. for the hilarious dubbing bloopers once you're done). my other recommendation is Code Geass (though can't speak for dub, I watched it in german dub back then & it was pretty good, no idea about english)

Jam

Gravity Falls is so much fun!

raieBread

If you're looking for some more western animation, I'd like to suggest Young Justice! The voice cast is great and the character focus is top notch. If I had to rank it, I'd put it in the same category as Legend of Korra. The early seasons have aged really well, too. For an anime suggestion, My Hero Academia is always a good time!

Jake Thompson

Violet Evergarden 86 Ancient Magus Bride

Bosua

Gotta add my voice to those saying Cowboy Bebop. Fun watch, not too long. Another interesting and unique short series you might like is Death Parade. Otherwise I'd agree with others that Vinland Saga, Fullmetal Alchemist, Your Name, Castlevania are all great suggestions.

Buse

Cowboy Bebop definitely

Adam Vialpando

For a classic western animation might I suggest the underrated Teen Titans. For good old school anime I would suggest either Cowboy Bebop or Samurai Champloo, both amazing and with great dubs. For live action stuff I think a quirky show like Leverage might be a nice change of pace.

MrMophead

You guys seem like you'd love the humor in gravity falls, and probably also the mysteries that pop up later in the show

Kayya Rainey

Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen , Full Metal Brotherhood would be shows that I can see you guys loving

Atalla Andarilho

My Hero Academia always Girls Und Panzer is "tank-kan-do" which doesn't make any sense on paper but in practice is fucking amazing- like the opposite of Hollywood. Plus, the animation crew recorded real tanks firing to get the sounds right, which is chef's kiss dedication.

MrGimmick532

Demon Slayer and Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood are up there for me.

SPT12

Castlevania would be great

Saynt Michael

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is God Tier. Full, grand scale story wrapped in 64 episodes.

Skeng

Evangelion + End of Evangelion and the rebuilds

Stella B.

Non anime 'Dark' on netflix! In terms of anime my no1 would be jujutsu kaisen! My hero academia is also super good but the female characters are super sexualised , can get annoying

Calvin Delaney

Honestly you guys would love 'Monster' or 'To Your Eternity'.

Die, or get rich trying

Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood is a classic that is already finished, one of the best stories ever told, and will pull in a solid and dedicated reaction base. I've watched it over a dozen times all the way through via reactors and for some creators it's the sole reason I use their Patreon. For something shorter and more recent: To Your Eternity

Jay

FLCL Good mix of serious tones and craziness that the gang would vibe with. Plus growth past the 6 episodes if they wanna keep it going. ATLA inspired nonetheless!

William Timmins

Infinity Train is ... weird and hard to explain, it's also pretty quick (4 season, 10 episodes each, 11 minutes per episode). The Owl House is a blast. Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts She-Ra and the Princesses of Power Dragon Prince

amberrr

i would love for yall to react to violet evergarden. i really hold that anime. close to my heart. it teaches so many important messages like grief, acceptance, love, finding yourself, etc. every episode has amazing music, stories, as well as stunning animation. it's also a short one, 12 episodes, and i think you guys would really love it. it's kind of on the serious side but has heartfelt moments! about my hero, i don't know if you guys would like it. it's really good but maybe too anime? the promised neverland i would also like to see you guys watch! the first season only though ahah

miri

I'm really feeling the Gravity Falls option as it's not too long and is fun to watch. However, I also would love to see Cowboy Bebop as it's also pretty fun and all over great vibes, and once again it isn't too long either. AND... I am a Steven Universe fan, so I can't not try to nudge yall to try it out sometime in the future, because it is on the longer side, and the story ramps up as the seasons go by. So really, I guess my vote would first go to Gravity Falls, then if new slots for other %5 toon tier come up, Cowboy Bebop, then Steven Universe.

John

I think Steins:Gate would be a great choice. Only 24 episodes. The sub and dub are both great but I much preferred the dub. The comedy doesn't work as well when you have to read it imo.

miri

ALSO, Something that I don't see has been suggested is Terror In Resonance. It's short, 11 episodes, it has an amazing soundtrack (Yoko Kanno <3), interesting characters, and it's hard to describe without giving away too much, so I'm gonna steal some synopsis off IMDb lolz, "Tokyo has been decimated by a terrorist attack, and the only clue to the culprit's identity is a bizarre internet video. While paranoia spreads, two mysterious children form 'Sphinx,' a clandestine entity determined to pull the trigger on this world." Besides that, I feel like it has great episodes that keep you entertained and wondering what the whole point of the show is. The opening scene is so dope, I remember watching it and getting hooked.

Amit

But then you don't get the "I am mad scientist, its so cool, sonuva bitch" line

Andy

You guys would definitely love VINLAND SAGA , absolute masterpiece 🙌🏼 I haven’t met any avid anime enjoyer that hasn’t liked it. Also Made in Abyss is another super solid and underrated one 👏🏼 The atmosphere of both these amazing shows are captivating n the writing makes me bust (also definitely do SUBS)

Holographic Golem

So I honestly think Gravity Falls is the best option for multiple reasons. It's relatively short and has a very active fanbase which will net views. It's also got an overarching mystery that the gang can latch onto and talk about. There's some good character work in there also and there's TONS of hidden clues that you don't know are clues that rewards going back and viewing it again. Also, I dressed as a certain geometric shape many a time so I'm biased. Steven Universe I would utterly utterly love for them to watch as I think it's the most important western cartoon in the past decade for all the rainbow mafia reasons. But I wouldn't mind giving the gang a chance to figure out how to cover it given the short episode lengths. The real PLOT doesn't kick into high gear till after season 1 also. I'm putting this solidly after Gravity Falls. Cowboy Bebop is a classic, and also short. Not sure it's good reaction fodder though. My Hero certainly has more of that. Would also love Infinity Train, Owl House, Kipo and the Wildbeasts and She-Ra. But first up, Gravity Falls. It'll get the views.

Azana Reed

Gravity Falls or Young Justice please 😁

Tim Chaos

My time has come! I wrote a list for just such an occasion; I hope I didn’t write too much! I'll put it in the reply below. Here are a bunch that I think you’d enjoy, sorted more or less by how popular I think they might be for a reaction series. I won’t go into spoilers at all and will only touch on the premise where I think it’s necessary to sell the appeal of a show. Also some I threw on the list without much info on them—those are good and I like ‘em, I either just got tired of typing or don’t have much to say about them lol. The anime high on the list tend to be the new hotness. These anime are what all the kids are into these days, kinda like marvel or dc. Usually they’re filled with hype and emotion, so are perfect for reaction videos.

Gabriela Salazar

Oh man, there are so many good options but I would definitely recommend Gravity Falls, Amphibia, The Owl House, Infinity Train, Over the Garden Wall, and The Good Place. These are all shows that you guys would definitely love!

Tim Chaos

[For reference, Attack on Titan would be here, top of the list] Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (2019 - present) - It’s currently between seasons with 44 episodes, or 37 + a movie - that replaces the first ~seven episodes of season 2 - Sub is the choice in most cases - Incredibly popular, its movie broke Japan’s box office record and the record for foreign language films here in the US *during* the pandemic - My take: The most pure and straightforward take on the shonen genre on this list: cool sword guys fight spooky demons. That said, it knows its strengths: fun characters, flashy action, heartfelt moments, and some goofs. The art is distinct and occasionally movie-quality with a soundtrack to match. It’s a simple but beautiful story, the sort of thing you’d almost expect to see on one of them old Japanese paintings, but told with the flash and heart of a modern anime. While it doesn’t make for the longest of post-episode discussions, it has tons of fantastic moments that people love to see reactions to. Chainsaw Man (2022) - I had written a pitch here, but glad to see I won’t need it! Super excited to watch reactions in the future!! Spy x Family (2022 - present) - Currently between it’s two-part first season at 12 episodes, set to return in October - Sub or dub are both great (though I think people prefer sub?) - My take: This is a comedy with a touch of action and a heaping helping of “why am I tearing up?”. I love the manga and figured that the anime would at least be good, but the animation, soundtrack, and voice work really go above and beyond and ties it all together. It’s one of the biggest non-punchy stories out right now because you can’t help but fall in love with the characters. Jujutsu Kaisen (2020 - ) - 24 episodes, currently between season 1 and 2, there is also a prequel movie out - Sub is usually the choice - My take: Like Demon Slayer, JJK is a fantastic shonen anime that stands on the shoulders of the classics that came before to reach amazing heights. But unlike Demon Slayer, its modern setting allows for some more relevant and interesting stories and arcs (in my opinion). It’s super popular but the only reason I might hesitate to recommend it above some of the others for you guys is because it’s kinda got a steep learning curve if you haven’t seen too many anime—that is, it will literally use video game terms to describe stuff and make references to other anime (you guys have no trouble with context clues but I think it’s worth mentioning). All in all, it’s a great watch and my favorite of the currently running “colorful teenagers fight each other” shows. My Hero Academia aka Boku no Hero Academia (2016 - present) - 117 episodes, currently between seasons - Sub or Dub are both great, but I have a bias towards the dub - My take: A great superhero story that’s western inspired in a lot of ways but a true shonen anime to its core. Despite waning in popularity a little in favor of the newcomers above on this list, it’s still one of the most popular anime out there. You can’t go wrong with a superhero origin story told with the heart and epicness of an anime! The Legend of Vox Machina (2022 - ) - 12 episodes, currently between seasons - My take: An improvised Dungeons & Dragons game played originally by voice actors now brought to life by a record breaking kickstarter, this show is a delight.Think fantasy Guardians of the Galaxy and if that sounds fun, you’ll love this. Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure (2012 - present) - (169 episodes, currently between seasons) - Bear with me, this one has the most context to get through lol - Sub is the choice, despite a good dub, for a few minor reasons that add up - Jojo’s is one of the biggest manga/anime in Japan, its art is the only anime art to be featured in the Louvre Museum. It’s been going on since 1987 and its influence on other anime and games is everywhere (Actually, if you recall the “attack on titan in 9 minutes” video you guys watched, they allude to the “is that a jojo reference?” meme). It’s not as big in the west as some others, but is still loved and respected as one of the originals in the genre. - My take: Jojo is a wild, generation-spanning tale of good vs. evil. While it’s legendary in a lot of ways, that’s NOT because of its quality—more than anything, we fans love to meme it. It’s kinda like if WWE was anime I guess? Bombastic men with odd gimmicks fight in weird over-the-top narratives, that sort of thing lol. As the show goes on and the author grows, it dips into a few different subgenres that all share the same core: an action show with a lot of Steven King and Cronenberg horror thrown in, played straight in a way that makes it pulse-pounding as well as hilarious. The author Hirohiko Araki isn’t shy about his influences, to the point that characters are literally named after his favorite musicians, songs, fashion designers, and artists with no in-universe explanation, and their character designs eventually look right off of fashion runways. I can’t think of how better to sell it than that: anime fights where dudes are yelling stuff like “you’re no match for my ability, Killer Queen: Bites the Dust!” while looking and posing like a fashion model. It’s prime “laugh at/laugh with” material while being genuinely exciting, gruesome, and hype. Mob Psycho 100 (2016 - ) - 25 episodes, currently between seasons - Sub or Dub are both great, but as it’s a comedy I tend to prefer dub - My take: A fantastic coming-of-age story that I’ll talk too much about, so I’ll just leave it there lol. [For reference, Death Note would be here] Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (2009) aka FMAB or FMA - (64 episodes + obligatory blooper reel on youtube) - The dub is the preferred choice, moreso than Death Note’s I believe. - To head off the inevitable confusion: there are actually two series, Fullmetal Alchemist (2004) and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (2009). The 2004 version came out while the manga was still being written and, in a classic Game of Thrones move, had to go ahead and do whatever for the second half of the series. Brotherhood came out after the manga was finished and as you can imagine, was able to be a better constructed story for it. For what it’s worth, the 2004 version isn’t bad, but everyone agrees that FMAB is the definitive story. - Beloved especially by people who grew up watching cartoon network and/or adult swim - My take: MY FAVORITE ANIME! This is one of those shows that pretty much every anime fan agrees is at least good-to-great in all categories across the board: art, music, story, pacing, coolness, etc. I find that if I make a list of things I like about Avatar: The Last Airbender, it pretty much could be applied exactly to FMAB. Characters and their arcs, the world and its history, the magic system and its potential uses, etc. It’s my comfort anime, takes me back to being a teen but even more enjoyable as an adult. Castlevania (2017-2021) 32 episodes, with a spinoff? Sequel? Just announced Cowboy Bebop (1998 -1999) (26 episodes) - This one is THE example of good anime dubs - Considered a classic by just about everyone, especially so for people who grew up watching cartoon network and/or adult swim - Cowboy Bebop: The Movie (2001) is well-regarded - My take: A must-watch for any anime fan. It’s a slower, more thoughtful show with a one-of-a-kind vibe. A fine wine of an anime. Gravity Falls (2012 - 2016) 40 episodes Vinland Saga (2019 - ) 24 episodes, season 2 coming soonish Parasyte: The Maxim (2014-2015) 24 episodes Steven Universe (2013 - 2020) - 175 episodes, including a canon movie and epilogue miniseries “Steven Universe Future” - If I start typing I won’t stop so I’ll just say it’s one of my favorite shows for a lot of reasons but mostly because of some of the themes it explores. Consider this a glowing recommendation lol Dr. Stone - (2019 - ) - 37 episodes, + a canon OVA, currently between seasons - My take: a fun post-apocolyptic anime where instead of “the power of friendship” or some such, actual real-life science is held up as the most powerful and moving force on earth. This is one of my personal favorite anime, though it’s a bit more niche and probably not as popular the rest of the list Devilman Crybaby - Loved your reaction to the first episode! fingers crossed for reactions of the rest of the show lol.

Tim Chaos

Oh, and after reading others' posts, I gotta add Over the Garden Wall and Young Justice to the list! They're both great shows you'd like!

Brandon Rohrbacker

FLCL (2000 - 2001) 6 episodes. One of the most bizzare but amazing and influential anime series of all time.

Brandon Rohrbacker

Trigun (1998) 26 episodes. Yu Yu Hakusho (1992 - 1994) 112 episodes

Ci-Ci

I'm just gonna throw Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood (2009) out there, don't know if you'll ever do it. Amazing show, a classic in Anime, and one of the highest overall rated! Definitely watch dubbed (an amazing english dub, one of the best). Great epic overall story and characters, I think since you loved avatar you'll really like it. Not that the stories are really similar, it has that epic vibe and the characters are similar ages. It's an anime but not too over the top anime-esque and has some cool villains. Lovely animation. Explores interesting and dark themes, more graphic/direct than Avatar in it's exploration of heavy topics. But its also funny and quirky, so I think you guys would have fun reacting to it as well!

Kevinsog24

Castlevania would be fuckin great the reactions to that would be hilarious

Matthew Rudolph

The legend of vox machina would be fun to watch again.

Beth Nelson

I definitely recommend full metal alchemist brotherhood in the dub, it’s already done and is a tight 64 eps. It was my first anime and is widely regarded as one of the best anime ever. I also love my hero academia, which is still coming out, it’s really good and definitely gets darker but has a lot of fun and is an optimistic show.

Andrew W

If you want something warn and fuzzy, I'd definitely say The Owl House, great plot, lore, characters, and all-around vibes. Something raunchy and funny with good action and characters? Legend of Vox Machina. Anime? Cowboy Bebop or Demon Slayer.

Rahsaan

Castlevania

HadesPerennial

Teen Titans, SheRa and the Princesses of Power, Castlevania, and just to throw an absolute wild card in here, let's go with a Gordon Ramsey classic: Hell's Kitchen or Masterchef.

Cory Stanish

Couldn't agree more! It would be hilarious to watch this crew try to make dirtier jokes than the show itself is making.

Cory Stanish

Would love to see them tackle this one. The humor in that show is perfect for this channel

makotheQ60

Full metal alchemist brotherhood

makotheQ60

Spy x family, demon slayer, parasyte, JJK, fire force

Aidan Pullen

I also think Castlevania would be great - it's a phenomenal show

Brimmy

I think ya'll would love Cowboy Bebop

Crystalrose

ooooh hoping for either Cowboy Beebop or Gravity Falls they are both so great!!!

Camron J

All of these shows are great but Cowboy Bebop is a CLASSIC

Nicole Gordon

Steven Universe or The Owl House.

Moons

Definitely Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood ! The story is fantastic and the dub is iconic

Jackie

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood!

edgard

Code Geass for the imperialism and genocide

LadyAmphy

Watch Legends of Vox Machina. Most of the main cast are voice actors from many classic animes like FMA: Brotherhood but they have some amazing guest stars that are fun to pick out the voices of (including 2 game of thrones alum). There is a confirmed season 2.

Warpdrive

Anime - My Hero Academia and Made In Abyss. Both great shows in completely different ways. Cartoons - Genndy Tartakovsky's PRIMAL, Gravity Falls, and Voltron: Legendary Defender

Tim Schulte

Assassination Classroom. Very funny and emotional and full of life lessons. It is what pretty much inspired me to become a teacher. I doubt it has a chance of winning any polls considering the other shows but I thought I'll just throw it out there.

Erd'na

Just gonna put this one out here. How about Monster? https://myanimelist.net/anime/19/Monster If you're gonna like Death Note, then Monster is another anime that has similarities with Death Note. It's probably the most non anime type anime series. But it's not really famous because it's really a slow burn and many feel it has pacing issues. But i think this is a great anime for you because it doesn't feel like an anime at all.

Micole

For animes, I suggest Demon Slayer, My Hero Academia, and Jujutsu Kaisen are great stories and world building. Also

Micole

Also Spy x Family for the fuzzy feels

Tope

One show I haven’t seen mentioned is Harley Quinn! I know y’all have seen the first 3 seasons, but there’s a new one coming back, and I know y’all would have a field day with this. Otherwise, I think Cowboy Bebop would be a great, classic anime and MHA would be a great one to gain subscribers from. The most recent season is coming out this fall, so it would be good timing to catch the people looking for new reactors.

Michelle

Gonna throw my hat in the ring for Gravity Falls and Cowboy Bebop too. Theres a lot more I could recommend but those two are among the best of cartoons and anime and are not too long. But oh boy, I am so eager to see yall cover death note AND Chainsaw Man this fall season.

RemyKatz

One for Steven Universe here, music is absolutely great and it has so many interesting concepts that opened a lot of doors for tv animation at the time.

Berezant

Can't go wrong with Cowboy Bebop. It's a classic for a reason. Code Geass is also the right mix of ridiculous and earnest for this crew. My Hero Academia is fun but may seem a bit shallow after something like attack on titan. It's a pretty straightforward shonen.

Abirato

Taking the shows mentioned into consideration, I'm rooting for either Cowboy Bebop or Steven Universe next. What d'ya feel like though-- stylish sci-fi western noir, or fluffy sleepy gay wholesomeness. Both are masterpieces with great music imho

jose giron

For classics, check out hellsing man, not many people remember how badass that anime was, Castlevania is also a modern classic, I really like horror themed anime if you can tell lol. If you want to laugh uncontrollably definitely check out Prison School, that had me dying every episode lol

OneFam510

Would love to see "one punch man " "Young justice" and also "Severance" that's on appletv in the future.

Tenuous Pterodactyl

Would love to see you cover Gravity Falls! As for anime, Cowboy Bebop is a classic with a great dub and awesome music.

april 🍏

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is one of my favorite shows of all time. Amazing story, lots of heart while still touching on some pretty intense themes. It also does have a lot more levity than AOT which might be nice for you guys. It's a classic and I've seen it on the rise among reactors again. It also has an awesome dub. Aside from that, I also think you guys would be into Cowboy Bebop - it's a classic and has adult protagonists lol. MHA is fun and could be fun and there's a new season coming out in October.

Bighead

Vinland Saga is a must watch!!!

Jan Ogorkiewicz

Cowboy Bebop and check out Fireforce

Josef Beck

Castlevania or Black Lagoon

Thicc Thanos

“Objectively” great picks: Cowboy Bebop dub. DUBBB. One of the greatest dubs of any anime and has more personality than the sub IN MY OPINION. FMA: Brotherhood. It has the levity of Avatar but has way darker moments. You’d have a great time with this. Jujutsu Kaisen. Absolutely bonkers visuals in it’s fights, great humor, and you’d be able to catch up quickly and watch week to week with everyone else next season. EDIT* To add Castlevania. Such a good show. My selfish pick: Neon Genesis Evangelion. It’s an all-time classic, an all-time great. Incredible imo. But not many reactors have done this series. It’s not super “reactable” since it’s very vibey and introspective. The protagonist is whiney and I know how you feel about that . lol But still, my favorite reactors reacting to one of my favorite series would be insane!

Dysike

I think you guys would have a lot of fun with something like Young Justice

ChipHand_Z

Young Justice is a great choice, especially since Sean and the Draces already have some familiarity with the DC Comics Universe. Definitely one of the better ongoing animated shows out right now. Highly underrated.

Stephen husuc

Neon Genesis Evangelion would have to be my pick... One of the most legendary animes in history and ah it has countless crazy moments... Oh and it's only 26 eps and one of the wildest movies ever to finish it out so it wouldn't take up too much time

ChipHand_Z

Young Justice would be great, especially since the watchers already have some familiarity with the universe. I would also add that Young Justice is a much more consistent show then Korra, with a much stronger narrative through line, despite them having to deal with as much (if not more) studio interference and jackassery as the Korra team did with Nickelodeon.

ChipHand_Z

I also think it would be really fun to see you guys react to some popular anime movies, like some stuff from Studio Ghibli or Satoshi Kon. Would love to see your reactions to Castle in the Sky, Princess Mononoke, or Perfect Blue.

Julius Nelson

For me, Cowboy Bebop is one of those things I think everyone who loves media should see at least once in their life. It is timeless in every way. Plus I really want to see Morgan meet her spirit animal in the form of Ed.

raieBread

Arguably it's still experiencing studio jackassery hahaha

Kyle McElwain

The Dragon Prince. It was Co-created by ATLA’s Aaron Ehasz, and season 4 and beyond are currently in the works as well, if you want something that will provide more long term content!

HadesPerennial

I've yet to see someone react to Assassination Classroom and personally I think that'd be a great series to watch.

wickedwolf

Gravity Falls is kind of always going to get my vote

Ducky

Like others are saying, Castlevania is a great show. I'd also like to see you guys watch Monster, it's a classic anime with great characters.

Fighting Wombat

Erased, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and Jujutsu Kaisen

Jose

Gravity falls, I watched it with my Godson against my will and ended up loving the show.

Blizaga101

I honestly think yous would love Legend of Vox Machina, as a fan of the show and Critical Role, its great content.

Asteroidea

I think you'd all get a real kick out of Cowboy Bebop. ..uh, I'm just going to assume you're thinking the anime; the live action Netflix version is.....not great.

Kai

I think you guys would like Cowboy Bebop - true anime classic with the dopest soundtrack.

Rando

You guys would probably like The Legend of Vox Machina and SpyxFamily

Asteroidea

Oh, you should try out Mob Psycho 100 - it's a really brilliant show based on source material from the same guy who made One Punch Man. It's got comedy, drama, big emotional moments, occasional giant fight scenes with incredible animation and a style that isn't really a whole lot like anything else. It's also airing its final season in October - it'll probably end up with about 36 episodes, so it'd be a nice short and complete watch for you too by the time you got to it.

AustinAuranymph .

Castlevania and Gravity Falls are both fantastic shows, and you'll have a lot to talk about after each episode. Castlevania is right up your alley IMO

Garrett Storm

I have a few different ideas, but if I had to pick one I saw someone else say Castlevania and that I’d love to see. I feel like not enough people have seen it, and it’s second season was confirmed a month ago or so too

Joe Pezzulla

My Hero Academia is probably the closest spiritual successor to the Avatar franchise so I’d love to see that! I know I personally subscribed for avatar content early and I’d stay subscribed if there were early My Hero episodes for me to watch :)

James Blake

The Sandman on netflix was fantastic. Also castlevania! The expanse on amazon prime video is absolutely incredible if you haven't seen it already, if for Shohreh Aghdashloo's performance alone (she has the best lines) xxxx

LR4056

Since you guys liked atla korra and attack on titan def check out fullmetal alchemist: brotherhood. Great story and world building and the Dub is great!

Star Kid

Steven Universe is an excellent show :) it’s similar to Avatar in that the first season is a bit slower, we’re getting introduced to the world & the characters, and then it takes off :)

Sky Sirak

My Hero Academia would be right up you guys' alley, I think. It is a fantastic surprise of a show that has been known to make grown men cry. :,)

Mohammed

Pleeeezzz watch naruto plz

Ashlee

My hero academia!!!! ♡

William Shafer

Gravity Falls and Castlevania

JT

Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood

Samuel

I think Cowboy bebop would go over really well!

BeckettBaladas

You gotta watch "Legend of Vox Machina", it's perfect for you guys (funny/filthy/gory) and it's only 12 episodes with less than half an hour each!

LR4056

jujutsu kaisen is really good

Tim Chaos

My pleasure! Always happy to help guide through the weird world of anime :D

Adrian Castro

Gravity Falls forsure!!

T.wiley

Old anime classics like princess mononoke, howls moving castle.
