Hey Hey Patrons!

We're back with the LAST GODDAMN EPISODE IN OUR JJK journey and it's got a ton of possibilities to chew on for the future and a returning character from JJK 0!

This has been quite the damn ride with y'all and we can't speak highly enough of this show and it's ability to PUNISH the fuck out of us, but still leaving us with wanting more!

It sorta seems from the international JJK Sorcerer's were always on #TeamGetRidOfGojo but the Shibuya incident provided them an opportunity to do so!

But at what cost?! The world looks 6 kinda ways of fucked right now and we see that with the super chilling horror scenes. The last dozen or so eps have been so intense we forgot how good this show at being subtle and creating an eerie stillness.

Now we're right there with you, waiting ever so patiently for S3 to drop which will hopefully be in '25? '26? Hard to say with the huge amount of stuff Mappa has on it's plate.

But the world of this show has expanded and we're stoked and super thankful that you guys have hung with us!

Check out this exclusive link to hang!

Also, coming HOT ON THE HEELS OF THIS EPISODE IS OUR VINLAND SAGA REACTION!

Check it out here!

xoxo,

Inumaki, salmon boy, was in Shibuya with a megaphone to do crowd control if you remember from the Choso vs Yuji episode and the Sukuna vs Mahoraga fight. He basically lost his arm offscreen when Sukuna did his Domain Expansion which if you remember relentlessly slashes apart anything until nothing but dust remains of what has been caught in the effective range. So yeah it is implied his hand was caught in it and thus Yuta blames Yuji for it because as we've seen previously people that have not interacted with Yuji see him only as a vessel for Sukuna

NO EMIL DON'T JJK is the next AoT or even worse in terms of spoilers. If you are not caught up with the manga don't interact with the fandom or read memes because you will be spoiled no joke. To explain the craziness, at one point freaking Usher spoiled people with a post

They announced a movie for Chainsaw Man that covers the next arc from the manga. Fujimoto, the author, said that he pictured that arc as a movie, so it should translate pretty well. Look Back, which is another Fujimoto manga, actually recently had a movie adaptation released, it has a different feel from his other work and shows some of his range.

It just clicked for me when I finished watching the season that basically all the cursed spirits- Mahito, Hanami, Jogo and Dagon are dead. Their goofy asses will be sorely missed by me as much as I hate them Also the "narrator" is just a story telling device to explain the powers instead of having the characters monologue it. I was a bit iffy about it too but it's quite common in some anime either as a comedic device or for exposition. And I'm similar to you guys when it comes to power systems and explaining powers in detail, I don't really care about it, I just appreciate a lot of the creative aspects of the different powers but don't really care to understand the ins and outs of how they work. But it's basically an integral part of shounen anime and JJK in general is known for its power system so there's no escaping these long explanations of sorcerers' abilities when it comes to fights. I think in that aspect, Chainsaw Main is more subtle in its approach as the powers are more straightforward and that kinda helps the show not break away from a fight/scene with exposition. It's a lot less jarring in manga format but when jjk is translated to animation I think it's more distracting for people like us who don't put a lot of weight on powers and power systems. But there are also many who really enjoy dissecting and studying these power systems so I guess it just comes down to personal preference. But like you guys said, jjk for me personally, really shines in the slower moments focusing on characters and when it's leaning into it's eeriness.

Yep, I ended up having to read the manga because my algorithm in social media was messed up after interacting with some fan pages, so I kept getting major JJK spoilers.
