Hey hey Patrons-stans!

We're back and ROCKING with this NEW ANIMATED SHOW and it is fuggin' delightful, dood!

As ordered by our last animated tier poll, our top two were Vinland Saga, which is taking the JJK slot in a few weeks, but this is a persona fave of Abe the Editor and after finishing up Cowboy and FMAB we pulled the trigger on this first and holy fuck we already can see why!

Loving the spooky 80s kids-on-bikes vibes here!

And we will occasionally bemoan "rAnDoM" humor but MAN this show nails it!

A fantastic cast of voice over cast, great music, we feel good about this one!

Morgan saying there's no gravity in space killed me.

This will be lost and understandably so on a casual watcher, but one of the really cool things about this show is that there are actually hidden codes and messages in the episodes, Cryptograms, and at the end of each one during the credits, you will see one too, usually solveable with the Caesar cipher, I will give you a free one, at the end of this one you see the code ZHOFRPH WR JUDYLWB IDOOV, which using the Cesar cipher would be "WELCOME TO GRAVITY FALLS". Anyway, this was a cartoon I was really excited to see you guys do, I reccomended it waay back. Hope you have fun with it!

It's a testament to the show that Alex Hirsch (creator) just published a new lore book for Gravity Falls this week, 8 years(!) after the series finale. I'll eternally wish for more, but I respect Alex Hirsch so much for knowing when to stop and being able tell a tight story and with such a rich world of characters in just 40 episodes. While this is the most "kid's show" show y'all have done, it's just so fun to watch.

I'm so happy that you guys are watching this! This show came out when I was ten, ended when I was fourteen, and that was probably the perfect age range to watch it. Alex Hirsch has said that the show was inspired by trips that he took with his twin sister during the Summer, and how he wanted the Pines twins adventure to capture the childhood wonder of Summer, which adds to the nostalgia that so many people have for it. I look forward to following your adventure through Gravity Falls!
