Hidden Behind Speechbubbles (Patreon)

The rough thing about comic work is that a good chunk of my drawings wind up covered by speech bubbles.

I already know where the bubbles will go when I start drawing… so why do I bother drawing anything in the space behind them?????

Easy answer is that I am never exactly sure if I will have to resize or move a speech bubble so its safer to draw the full image. Hard answer is that It bothers me on an obsessive level to know something is ugly and half finished. Even if its hidden.

Anyway, here is something no one else will ever see! A tiny chairman meow doodled by Magnus.
