when i wanna pose her . the lowest spehre of the spine. the legs dont bend.

Don't know if you're already on it, but I think the bone constraints are messed up or switched around. The IK bones for the legs and arms are locked via constraints and don't move the mesh when unlocked. Model looks amazing, btw.
