I have exciting news about the IK rigging system, as it was starting to become a bit complex with newer games adding adjustments and huge amount of bones that werent at all necessary.

First of all, the rig is much cleaner now,  Adjustment bones are now part of the IK, so they move alongside the arm and leg with correct deformations, that takes the adjustment bones out of the equation for a clean and more accurate mechanism.

 

This Rig will only work on Blender 4.1.1 and on going. There is also an update for physics, a new discovery with use of Lamberts and quads that allows all models to have physics in specific parts.
