Suggestion Box - New Years! (Patreon)

New Years! is this month's theme. Obviously.

You may suggest any character that has an attire that can be associated with New Years. This could include Japanese kimonos, Chinese tang suits, etc.
I will NOT accept custom attire, it must be of official capacity. Original Characters will also NOT be permitted. The setting does NOT specifically have to be linked to New Years - it's mainly the clothing that's important.

I will gather suggestions until 28th December 8pm GMT. After, the suggestions will be put into a poll and voted upon.

(Notes:
- One character per patron (reference preferred and scenarios optional).
- Please don't suggest a character already chosen in the comments or who previously won the previous 3 polls.
- Drawings will be completed with in the next month whether the patron is still a supporter or not.)
