Pokemon- Akari Observing Flying Types (Patreon)

This is part of the Patreon Opening Celebration character poll where legoman's choice, Akari, won.

I was originally going to try and find ways to have it so that Akari wanted to document her findings on the flying Pokemon, but can't because her Pokedex didn't grow with her, but I couldn't find a good way to do it. So I only put in the observing part.

I'll get to buying 'Legends Arceus' eventually.
