Suggestions - Patreon Opening Celebration (Patreon)

First of all, thanks to all who've decided to support me here regardless of the tier!

I wanted to start off with a short suggestion (and subsequent poll) for the $7 patrons. This way I can not only gauge how I will make this work for myself, but also an idea of what I plan to try and do each month.
