September WiP Release: Season 2 Episode 3 (Part 2!) (Patreon)

Hello again. It’s been a busy month; apologies for the lack of updates.

Season 2 Episode 3 is going to need at least another month in the oven, but the good news is we’ve got a substantial WiP release. This latest offering adds roughly 39,000 words to the previous, bringing the current total for the episode up to 67,000. And yeah, we’re still a ways from being done. This one’s shaping up to be a big one.

You’ll still find a few placeholders here and there, but the exploration/search sequence is now fully playable, alongside some more of the party and a chance to meet up with all your companions. As for what other goodies we’ve added, you’ll have to dig in and find them yourself. Or just ask on the Discord server. We’re always happy to point people in the right direction.

Next, you may notice we’re a bit late on a poll for this month, which has actually been something of a trend. As our release schedule has slowed to accommodate larger episodes and more reasonable working hours, we’ve been struggling to come up with monthly pulls, pushing further and further ahead in the season to find good material.

To that effect, we’re going to be scaling back on the overall number of polls we run, particularly during WiP months. We might still have ideas for polls between releases, but it’s not going to be a guarantee outside of proper episode release months.
