Update to Commission perk (Patreon)

I wanted to let you all know I made some changes to the Patreon commission perk. Now it reads as follows:

• Obtain access to my Patreon priority commission queue. This means your work requests will be finished sooner than those from non-Patreons, regardless of when you placed your order

The previous system of opening commissions early for you guys wasn't very efficient, and I figure this has the same effect of giving your commissions priority, but with better implementation.
