Updates on the Patreon exclusive server (Patreon)

Hey everyone, I wanted to update you all on the Patreon server situation. 

Due to personal circumstances I've decided to unlink it from my Patreon and make it non Patreon exclusive. It'll still be a fairly small server, the other difference being that it'll be run by people I trust. No worries though, I'll still be around myself. Feel free to stick around if you'd like!
