Hey. A lot of my patrons asked me to create a relaxing hypnosis session based on small breathing exercises, and they asked so nicely that I figured why not.

So, this recording is a guided meditation hypnosis that aims to help you release tension in both your body and mind. My goal is to create a peaceful blank state of mind and then gradually guide you to become more refreshed and relaxed. And I want to know how well it works, so share your experience with me in private messages or in comments bellow.

After repeating several times another recording from you to find more subtle changes and mental traps that you have included very smartly (more on this later in the private chat) I was in the right mood to be relax. Script, voice and recording are very well, like always. The breathing exercises are very good. Even on first hearing I was in a very light trance. After some repititions that can be one of the strongest recordings so far.
