What?  A new drawing?  Yeah, it happens.

I actually first sketched this drawing back around like 2010.  I wasn't satisfied with where it was going though so I just put it aside and mostly forgot about it.  Was almost a full decade before I worked on it again and I redid almost the entire thing.

The basic positions are more or less the same, but I did a different tie, different everything really.  I think one part of a shoulder might be from the original sketch...

While it was better, I still wasn't pleased and again put it aside.  I didn't do any drawing at all in 2020 and nearly all of 2021.  But I got the itch in my fingers again.  I was going through, looking at sketches and what not, when I again came across this image.  Once more I touched it up, made some changes and finally got to something I was at least okay with.

Then I told myself I was done and wasn't going to do any coloring.  I wanted to keep it black and white like an ink drawing.  Well obviously I didn't stick with that...

So yeah, if you want to know how slow I am at drawing - since 99% of the time the #1 question people ask is "how long did that take you do draw" -   Well now you know.

12 years.  :)

Full size image is below, along with some variants because I'm an indecisive knob.  For those who think seeing every detail is better.  Not really my thing, but who am I to judge.
