Trying not to count my chickens too hard before they hatch while I'm still polishing last month's loops, but it's better to get the poll started now instead of arbitrarily on those. I'll only be doing two loops for this month, one clean and one rough, so that should make for a more manageable workload.

I've also gone ahead and added the $5 Hell Voyeur tier for animations starting this month, for anyone who wants to go ahead and pledge (although with my track record, I may recommend waiting for February's winners to actually go up first lmao).
