Parkshore Hall

A castle for your sims, built on a 40x30 lot. Almost all BGC, with the exception of some Get Together item that snuck in.

Entrance floor has a big Throne Hall, dining room, library and a couple of living rooms. Space where you place the harpsichord.

First floor has servant's dorms, kitchen, a big bathroom with a HUGE tub (hot tub, 8 seats). A chapel. Extra rooms for what more you will add. Oh I think there is a medieval gym also :P

Third and Fourth floor (Towers) have the bedrooms, six of them, several bathrooms, kid's room, babies room.

There is not much garden but there is a moat for the defenses, which of course can be replaced by a garden.

Three Goblets

A bar, an Inn (Rental) or a Residential? Versatile lot for sims who want to drink and dance. You can also bring your (deco) horse, stables available.

A good space for the bar with bar tables and music. Second floor is an apartment for the owner.

The stables are ready for your (deco) horses, and on the upper floor you can get extra income from renting out the rooms.
