TSM Old Rustic Well - Updated & Improved (Patreon)

One of my first object conversions - now in three versions:

1. Base Game Version, decorative, use on lot or place off lot with T.O.O.L
2. Eco Living version, works like the water collector.
3. Eco Living version to place off lot, and then it helps with the water collection for the whole subhood. Tuning by Coolspear.
4. Bucket, separated (deco)
5. Bench, separated (functional)

I packed all in one zip. If you don't have Eco Living, just delete those 2 files.
