It’s interesting to hear you guys say this is laid back Miguel. Great catch by dad when he said the melody was old school. I would bet money that this song was Marvin Gave inspired. Some of the melodies are so close to signature Marvin.

Funny, I didn’t clue into the Marvin sound on first listen, although yes I did pick up an old school vibe. But no question the Marvin thing is there (Sexual Healing), even the way Miguel pauses. - dad
