Sorry, Heir is pretty busy lately, preparing for SW Part 2. However, I might be able to answer your question(s). As far as Eternity goes, I think he only shows up nowadays to update the Patcher/Installer when the new DLC comes out. As far as your request goes, Heir will be busy with SW Part 2 for the rest of the month, and possibly part of next month. After Part 2 is released, Heir generally has some time to complete requests. Heir has never forgotten a paid request, as far as I know, so I wouldn't worry to much about it. Patience is key! ;)
