Dust and Diving - Weiss/Velvet Inflation (Patreon)

It all started from one of Weiss's usual dust experiments. She was always on the lookout for new ways to utilize the substance in ways that would benefit her family's business. That is what led to a type of air dust that allowed one to hold their breath for extended periods of time. There were all sorts of uses, from industrial to recreational or ones that would even benefit Huntsman on aquatic missions. However, a field test was still needed. That led her to purchase a yacht and travel out to sea.

Testing the dust also allowed her to write this blatant vacation off as a business expense. Unfortunately, her friends weren’t too interested in her explanation.

“-And so you see, this allows one to oxygenate their body continually. The sensation should be like one long, continuous breath. It doesn't mean you can breathe underwater, but more like you'll always have air.” Weiss explained. Most of her friends were just standing there because they owed Weiss some attention for bringing them along on this nice trip, but they weren’t too dead set on testing the experimental dust.
