Kali sighed heavily as she looked at her reflection in the mirror. It was a full-body mirror, more than enough to capture her height, but it barely managed to encompass her width. Blake had been away from home for a few months, and her husband Ghira had been especially busy with work.

That left Kali home alone, bored, and without anyone to tend to. She found plenty of time for herself, watching her favorite shows, going on walks (although those had diminished), and coming up with new recipes. She merely wished she had someone to cook for because all the uneaten food was funneled directly to her.
