It’s definitely a Command &amp; Conquer but I can’t remember which one… gonna go with Red Alert 2?

I think the dollar sign was already in the original C&amp;C...? Where you could also sell a tower, and then press stop before the animation finishes, and sell it again. Spoiled the multiplayer (over IPX networking). Though it wasn't balanced anyway - the Nod faction was simply stronger.
