i must say that frieren is a very good surprise, i was interested in the plot that commented in the first espisode, but it goes far from that, and is so well done, i love it, yes im pretty more used to watch this type of series than Ron does, but still, is a pretty good surprise for me after all, how well witten and enjoyable it is, cant wait for the next episodes to go out

Your reactions to this series are a joy to watch. Setsunai is the feeling that I think comes through strongest in Frieren. It's not quite sad, not quite happy, doesn't have a direct translation into English, but wistful or bitter sweet are kind of close but don't quite get all the emotions involved quite right.

i like this anime a lot, and i love the german names in there. Himmel means Sky and Frieren means to be cold or even shivering cold. They even gave Citys german names.
