Yes this ep is creepy haha. I think Mob is a show that can turn from one thing quickly to the next. Sometimes things play out differently, and for me that was always a chance to think about my own expectations from a story

I dont know if you guys caught it last ep, but when the girl "confessed" to Mob, Mob actually rejected her. He just continue walking her home to be nice. He only has eyes for Tsubomi 🥰

The idea of belief and attention and fear and human emotions strengthening gods/demons/beings/etc is a cool one. It shows up in lots of fiction, especially in novels by Neil Gaiman, and by Terry Pratchett
