One for All was passed on/ transferred out from All Might to Deku. Eri's quirk is to rewind the state of the living therefore Lemillion's quirk can be rewind because his quirk never left his body but All Might transferred out One for All to Deku, meaning it was removed from his body. However, what was left in All Might is the remnants of One for All that will slowly fade away but will still have connection as a predecessor. I cannot rule out that there may be a miracle that allows Eri to really Rewind One of All but chances are very slim based on the information that One for All allows only one holder to hold it, once it's passed on it's done.
