In the manga, the end of this episode actually contained a direct lead in to Heroes Rising, with the Doctor asking Shigaraki to do something for him after saying he’ll give him power. Sadly the anime cut it. But it probably wasn’t needed and would’ve been confusing to some.

There's more than 1 more season's worth since the story hasn't ended yet. Probably won't be 2 more 25 episode seasons though. Maybe 1 more full season and a shorter one to conclude the story.

So I think we've commented this before but in case you didn't see before, fun fact: the doctor with the League of Villains that you see at the end here was the same doctor who did Deku's quirk assessment in episode 1. Not sure if it plays into the story at some point but it's led to so many conspiracy theories.
